With temperatures on Wednesday 15th May over 25C in Highland Scotland, most of the UK has seen dry and sunny weather over the past few days. It has been warm for many but not all, with an easterly flow keeping parts of SE Britain and the south coast feeling cooler and fresher. That easterly wind will push further over Britain in the next few days. Still fine and dry on Thursday but showers begin to appear for Friday and the weekend. So more mixed by Saturday and top temperatures around 19 or 20C.
