Severe Weather: Heavy rain this week

After a lengthy dry spell for parts of England, there will be a good deal of rain here and for Wales. Warnings are already out from the Met Office and Environment Agency. A combination of persistent rain with hefty showers mixed in, even thunderstorms. Cool and blustery too.
