At the weekend temperatures reached 28.8C in East Anglia, the warmest it's been so far this year. Quite a start to meteorological summer. Now we are back to usual service with lots of interruptions for rain and blustery winds. In sheltered sunny spots, it will still feel quite warm, just into the low 20sC for the SE but overall a cooler, bit fresher feel and staying unsettled as the rain comes and goes.
