Sunday 28th, stay in your tent a bit longer, this damp, breezy cool weather will be around all morning. It will become drier this afternoon and by teatime the sun will reappear ready for a FINE final evening, even feeling a bit warmer.

Friday 26th- Showers quite close, with a real change from the beautiful sunshine for the start of Glastonbury2015

They will drift north and east today, so chance for Pilton farm, but clearer this evening

Weds

The gates are open and it is ideal tent pitching weather,a dry and sunny Wednesday. The Glastonbury forecast thread in the Netweather forum has seen its last blog from J10, no13 update, which started back in May.

FORECAST

It will be warm around 20C, so not hot but pleasant with mostly light winds. 18 to 22C, cooler on Sunday.

Mostly, it's a dry and bright picture with sunny spells.

Two fronts will manage to move through Somerset this week interrupting a lot of fine, dry and settled bright weather. Friday’s will bring a bit more cloud but if there is the odd shower won’t amount too much.

Sunday still looks more unsettled and a band of cloud and rain will move across the West Country. Within this, there will be heavier bursts but it should all be away by teatime, hopefully allowing some drying time for tents and a fine final evening

UV levels are high, June sun is strong and you can still burn when it’s cloudy, pack a hat and sunscreen

The pollen count is already very high this week, so hayfever sufferers be warned.

Tents, Chocolate and Cider

In previous blogs, we’ve heard about the site preparation and from food and drink providers,
Information about tents and camping. The weather is looking pretty good, after the several cool weeks since end of April. If you’re going, have a super festival and enjoy the warmth. If you’re just watching it on TV or listening on the radio, get ready to enjoy the music.
