The cold spell continues with wintry showers for Scotland and a weakening band of sleet, rain and snow heading south overnight tonight. There will be plenty of winter sunshine to enjoy, and crisp frosty nights but the weekend promises a change as a cold north easterly wind will make it feel quite raw.
