These terms govern your use of netweather.tv and associated services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. These terms cover:

Weather Information

We aim to provide accurate weather forecasts and information, but weather forecasting is not an exact science. All forecasts and weather information are provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy. Weather conditions can change rapidly and local conditions may vary from forecasts.

Use of Weather Information

You should not rely solely on our weather information for decisions where inaccurate forecasts could result in injury, damage, or loss. For weather-sensitive activities, you should verify conditions from multiple sources and monitor local conditions. Usage Terms

What You Can Do

Our standard services and subscriptions are designed for personal use. For commercial weather services or enterprise solutions, please contact our Sales Team to discuss your requirements.

Commercial Weather Services

Our standard service provides general weather information. If you require specialised weather services for commercial or business-critical operations, please contact our Sales Team to discuss appropriate solutions.

Premium Subscriptions and Payment

Billing and Payment

Subscription periods begin on the date of initial payment
If an ongoing subscription is selected at the time of purchase, renewals will be automatic unless cancelled
Payment is processed using our authorised payment providers
We will notify you of any changes to subscription prices at least 30 days before they take effect

Account Sharing

Subscriptions are for personal use only
Account sharing is limited to your household
Sharing account credentials beyond your household is prohibited
We monitor for unusual access patterns
Violation may result in account suspension or termination

Cancellation

Cancel renewal through your account or by contacting us
Full refunds available within 7 days of purchase for new subscribers only
No refunds are available after the 7-day window

Limitation of Liability

1. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

Business losses of any kind
Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Service interruptions or computer damage
Personal injury or property damage
Damages for loss of use, data, or profits
Procurement of substitute goods or services

2. This limitation applies to any losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our services
Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
Statements or conduct of any third party on our services
Viruses, malware, or other harmful code that may affect your equipment
Any other matter relating to our services

3. These limitations apply whether:

The damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory
We have been advised of the possibility of such damages
