Hi, the radar subscription doesn't include the forecasts I'm afraid - they're available from lite subscriptions upwards only. The new rainfall total maps are also lite upwards currently, although rain accumulations are also available on the radar viewer for the last 24 hours and downwards at various intervals.

Sorry you're not happy - there's a full feature list of all thats included in the subscriptions on those links so all the info is there I think. Please feel free to call in the morning to discuss though (or reply to the ticket you opened before you subscribed). You can cancel for a full refund if it's not for you

It's a shame really that I have misunderstood as I am disabled housebound and spend all day at my computer uploading information every few minutes to weather sites all over from my davis vp2 and Stevenson screen , I don't have much free cash to spend on this
