    A dry and mainly clear night and a sunny start to the day again. Just missed an air frost here but there was definitely one a bit lower down.

    Turning clear last evening, moderate frost becoming widespread through the early hours. Sunny and frosty start this morning. Continuing with good sunny spells through the morning. Rather more cloud bubbling up through the afternoon. Dry, pleasant in the sunshine, though chilly in shade.

    Partly cloudy overnight with a 7th consecutive air frost and the 10th of the month (average for April is 1.2 days!). The morning saw cloud bubble up but this melted away during the afternoon to leave a mostly clear evening.
