Thought u'd be watching the footie, AWD? I've got it on, but not really taking much notice. I cant get into the footie this season, without the crowds.

I've got it on but after our recent performances I don't really want to watch as it will just make me depressed.  Watching snow flurries over Wales is far more entertaining than watching Liverpool currently.

EDIT - We've actually scored a goal.

Looking at the radar the bigger lot of precip over Brum looks like it could head here later this eve.

1-0 Liverpool

Love the vid Midnight, esp the first few seconds. Great stuff!

Surprised how far those showers in Wales have made it to be honest. Round 2 lol?

Some light rain here now - slightly icy though. Air hasn’t quite cooled enough yet - heavier precipitation for 10 mins or so would probably do the trick.

As it is, the feature seems to be weakening.

What a wind up that main band  of snow was this morning, was watching the radar as it approached and the part that was going to hit us lost intensity & the width of the precipitation shrunk, just to the north & south though the precipitation was much more intense & wider meaning snow fell for longer! Still was nice to see snow falling.

That PPN over SE Wales is sinking south quicker than what it is moving east, might end up to the South of Bristol at this rate!

The western edge of the snow further north is still currently moving a bit further south west.... hope it carries on like that for a while yet! There’s a reasonable amount up there too, and snow has stopped melting here now, must be cold enough now.

Thanks! Might be more than just us in Stroud and eastwards yet as well! Assuming it doesn’t fizzle out after Brum...

Temp is just too high here, seem to have our own microclimate.  2.7c, yet to the North/West/South and East have temps around freezing.

Also looks like the Southern edge of the showers in Wales is being sheared. It may miss me altogether.

Same! Paying more attention to the radar than I am the game! Please snow some more so I don’t have to go to my meeting tomorrow

Today has been a nice break from the norm and I’d quite like to not stop drinking mulled wine yet

Still had some snow on the ground before dusk

It's been a long day. I'm not staying up for that.

It is but still looks like potential for a further dusting in many areas overnight

Hi, not suggesting it won’t fizzle out, but I think whatever happens will happen sooner than the prediction..
