Ladies and gentlemen you are not going to believe it. After a wait of almost 3 years... 😮

I don't suppose I have anything to complain about this winter...      .

I've waited years to get a picture of the house covered with snow.  Finally!

    It's a tight race for me between the BBC and AccuWeather as to which service is the worst!! AccuWeather, especially the nowcasting feature has been absolute bin fodder this entire cold spell!

    It's a bit quieter down this street than usual but by no means like March. But then in March lots more workplaces were obliged to close.

    From a selfish point of view, if I can't get anywhere snowy due to lockdown, we may as well have a January heatwave and save on the fuel bills and the older folk can get out and about a bit more instead of just hunkered down over endless crosswords.

    However I'm not that selfish. Or am I? Is the impatient onanist in the shop who pushes past folk cos his time is (to him) more important than other's health more selfish? Or the selfish onanist who ignores speed limits in built up areas? Codswallop, HC.

    2C and the sky's like a bowl of used dishwater.

    I had never heard of the word onanist before and was interested in what it meant so looked it up!...You pig!😊

    A bright enough day but not as sunny as it's been recently so feeling a bit damp now. Snow still covers the grass at the back, which shows that it's remained cold to freezing for the entire week.

    Temperature 3.1deg.C up from -2.7deg.C at 03:36, humidity 87%, wind 0 to 5mph generally northerly, pressure 1032.1hPa falling slowly, no rain in the last 24 hours, 4/8 cloud cover and the dew point is at 1deg.C.

    @Blitzen A man who winks a lot?

    The swear filter doesn't recognise it. Otherwise I'd just use some other term of endearment like tree or shitty-airsed good.
