    Looks like that line of showers is heading for my house.. one final bit of fun before it all starts to melt away over the weekend.

    About 8am for you ,it's losing intensity quickly as it moves  down be lucky if there's much left of it by the time it arrives in Aberdeen

    Morning all, a relatively toasty -3.6c the minimum here so not actually the coldest night of the winter as I recorded -3.7c back in January. Still time for the temperature to drop further though.

    A much chillier -10c recorded at Leuchars and unofficial stations in central Fife are reading as low as -16c. Given the temperature at Strathallan this seems plausible.

    This morning has given theowesr temperatures of 2010 a run for their money.
