Ladies and gentlemen you are not going to believe it. After a wait of almost 3 years... 😮  

I don't suppose I have anything to complain about this winter...      .      

I've waited years to get a picture of the house covered with snow.  Finally!

    Temperature now up to 1.7deg.C, humidity down to 85%, pressure up to 1000.0hPa and rising slowly, dew point has risen to -1deg.C. Sun is out but not much of a thaw in evidence so far. All in all a rather nice day.

    100% accurate here = no snow...

    looks like Aviemore might get a little top up some band has developed and pushed more towards the Inverness area will it push into the Spey Valley? Looks like it could

    Anybody noticed the fault with met office rainfall radar? Western and Northern Isles in a black out.

    The Western Isles lost theirs a few days ago but they seem to have issues with it quite often.

    We got out for a quick walk round this morning. Good views of the Cannich hills (above the cows) but Wyvis was obscured by clouds. Plenty of birds around including a flock of bramblings which I don't see too often. And a dead young buzzard.

    Hardly any thaw again today.   TV forecast has tomorrow's noon temp at 5c here.  We'll see.
