Yes banged to get a piece of that too In Newburgh. Car tracks on road filled In again fingers crossed for a few more heavy showers tonight

First time in months the main bulletin isn't about COVID on STV news. Reporters are live around Scotland and Sean Batty is going to explain why this happened. 

Glasgow Live have said Scotland badly affected by Storm Darcy...

Braemar snow depth is now over 2 feet beating the previous unofficial record set 20 years ago.

Finally got a dusting here! Nice to see as it will probably remain here for a couple of days. A couple of showers going through Stirling finally decided to reach here. Any idea why now? More of a flat easterly flow?

Gotta say there's a whole load of snow showers still to come in which makes a mockery of the 9pm end time for amber warning. This capture is with infrared imagery to really show what's still out there over the North Sea.
