Heavy snow but it’s not settling.

Wow still snowing here at Straiton my car is going nowhere this morning
 

Snow depth in my garden including yesterday’s snow must be easy 6 inches

Heavy snow falling! Maybe 4-5 inches but just guessing for now!

Impressive snow I can see us hitting double figures for snow events this winter with February still to come too

We have been thumped here in East Lothian! Wow ! And still snowing .  I reckon by the table a good 5 inches .

Woke up with excitement, under a yellow warning, 220m altitude, radar says its snowing, looks outside.... Its bleeping raining! 

Temp 1.0/0.4C but dropping from a high of 1.7C around 5am so maybe there is some hope.

The picture isn't the best to see but I think you're maybe doing yourself an injustice, looks a good bit more than 5 inches that!

Morning all, some great photos and some happy folk on the kilted thread. That’s what we want!  

As expected/forecast it remained as rain here. Light rain still falling and 1.3c.

Started light snowing last night where I'm based in Lanark, still on this morning, looks like a bit of a top up to the first fall.

Easy 4 inches here which was probably just about what was expected for this location. 

Higher ground to the south east of here has been caked by the looks of it!
