well that was pretty emphatic.

Onto the next round we go!

On a more bizarre note.. every FA Cup match had 1 team scoring 3 goals tonight. If you put a bet on that you'll be absolutely raking it in.

Yeah noticed that, Met app now saying heavy snow 2-4am lol, still waiting on that dusting, keep having to drive around the Wirral for 'essential' snow hunting.

You have to laugh at the BBC news stating the country has seen heavy snow today Erm no it hasn't not north of Staffordshire.

Just hit -3ºC here... Crystal clear skies as I skidded my way around locking up the garage and back gate

Temperatures on the rise now due to a wind direction change to NWly. Better be worth it though!

And that applies to Kent Essex and Sussex as well.I had my first snow in nw  kent for 2 years-it snowed for 20 mins about 10.30am and covered everything and I thought he we go.Then the system just moved northwards and westwards of me and that was it and the covering (maybe 2mm)was gone by 1pm.10 miles West of me they had 7cms but 6 miles to the east of me had sweet fa!I should count myself lucky to have seen 20 mins snow!Been like that all winter down here so close yet no cigar.Still got rest of January and all February to deliver and have a feeling it will for those in the UK who have yet to see anything significant.Midlands place to have been this winter-some great pictures from that thread and upto 16-17cms in places-Awsome and good luck to them

Looks like one of these showers might hit me, so going to stay up to see if it can a) get to land without dying b) is snow.

They look like going South of Chorley and Blackburn

Lead in bed, eyes burning, rocking and rolling the radar to see if I might catch a shower. How sad.

The bridge - 0% snow cover 0.0C

Widnes - -1.5C, 20% snow cover
