Snowing again here, there's more building all the time by the looks of it heading Rotherham and Sheffield way, what a great afternoon!!

Interesting how the flakes change. Some massive flakes earlier then they'll turn really small for a bit. Currently medium sized

That's what I'm just thinking, BBC app showing a temperature rise tonight, rising to 3'C so any showers will probably be rain and unlikely to get a frost meaning this Snow cover will be gone by tomorrow.

A rain/sleet mix here now... hopefully that yellow blob heading off the moors will keep its precipitation intensity and bring the freezing line down a bit

yeah thats what im thinking too, we may lose the cover later but at least it was nice to watch it this afternoon. plenty more chances to come this week I think

Where is it heading. Need ground covered properly here still lol. That precipitation over bottom flank seems to be building
