Some large hail there. Wouldn't want to get hit by one of those.

Wouldn’t mind the pound coins that are being dropped either.

It hasn't ended yet!

But potentially not enough upper forcing - we'll just have to see how the next 36 hours plays out, there is plenty of potential, will there be enough trigger...

Apologies, I was asking in general, I tend to never call anything a bust until a few days after the event ?‍♂️

Can't believe the storm North of Bude is still going on. Must be 3hrs now. Strange how it is just sitting in that one place....

Not the same storm, just a line of instability generating one after another over the same location.

This constant storm rebuilding is in issue in those parts: Boscastle and Lynmouth being examples of when this has happened over a long period causing excessive runoff from the steep hills. Hopefully nothing like this today.

Some seriously Deep Purple on this storm in the outer Hebs, you could say it's the wonder of nature

I like to remain pessimistic about getting storms. Can't be disappointed that way!

Stav on the beeb forecast still going for that line of storms pushing northwards and eastwards across S/SE towards East Anglia and NE albeit slightly later in the morning than previously shown

Yup, same here. I live in Barnsley and storms constantly seem to avoid here whilst the same places get them over and over again. Not that I'm bitter or anything .

In Wrexham clear blue skies to my east. Some bits happening to the south west....... looking like good potential (I hope!!) :-)
