Looking at the direction of this event it may be drifting on a more W/SW path unless it suddenly drops south, so locally can't see this amounting to a great deal.

Quick update just sat in van.

It has now changed to rain on the windscreen.

Will melt away pretty quick with rain now falling.

Hope those below manage to see some

Coming down in telford.

people have short memories about which areas get snow.

the west use to be always best but recently been terrible

west is the best in terms of ppn, east is the driest

Some people drive like idiots when it snows.

Blackshaw moor is never clever when it snows surprised there werent more bumps. And into stoke Bucknall new road cars are sliding backwards imto each other

Stoke is definitely the sweet spot today. Looks a good few hours left for them on top of what they have had already. Moderate snow here now sky looks looks loaded.

think it will be a touch further west, it's slowing here now in stoke but, I think it will track Shropshire border all the way down. so anyone in west of region get ya ski's ready

Got to be a good inch and a half of new snow so far.

Just checked the snow depth on the car roof as I nipped down shops t'get some milk (any excuse ) and it's sitting at about 5 1/2 inches in total  and it's still blitzing it down with 50p'ers.
