I’m sure since 2017 surely, we had a significant snow event then?

Taking a measurement in various places, 4cm-5cms outside of where it has drifted or been sheltered.  Roads around here where ungritted are pretty hazardous, the hill by the house is impassible for anyone without a 4x4.

Steady at 0.3C, Dewpoint 0.2C

Sorry for those who just have rain this morning. Been there many many times.

As for the folks in Coventry, I wouldn’t give up yet. There’s a solid bit of precipitation that hasn’t weakened yet swinging it’s way close towards Warwick. I think you could still see something from that.

This is that band

Back into the lighter stuff as it slowly continues to pivot.

We have been unbelievably lucky and we’re going to have to try really hard to bite our lips and not moan when normal service resumes this winter. Seems like only the M5/6 corridors have been lucky enough to get this one so far.

Seem to be on the eastern fringe here in Solihull, its fizzled out and given a dusting. The M5 and M6 corridors are doing very well.

completely missed us here! When I’ve woken up properly I will try and work out where the band is moving but is not coming this way! Looks ok for parts of Brum though

Aye. The Arome and Euro4 show plenty more snow showers late tonight/early tomorrow.

Can report an incredibly measley 0cm in Stratford. Based on the radar, we should have received snow but clearly we are too far east and only by a few miles at most. Very disappointing.

Coming down heavy now, wasn’t expecting much this morning at all, but chance of more tonight and this cold spell has only just started
