Logging and displaying weather data

I am interested in logging weather data over time, including temp, air pressure and humidity from a remote sensor. The ideal type of unit would have a display showing realtime and previous rolling graphical data similair to what NPL in the UK generates, see  http://resource.npl.co.uk/pressure/pressure.html  but also to include displays for temp and humidity. Ideally this would be a unit with a 5" or 7" colour display and updated to show last 24 hours and last 7 days, but could also show longer periods.  Does anyone know if this type of unit exists and would it be interesting to readers on this forum?  I am considering designing such a unit along with remote sensor and to include GPS features for accurate UTC time and position data,  any feedback would be welcome.
