Oklahoma tonight - an 80% chance of seeing a tornado, within 50 miles of your location /.. I wonder how many people have gone camping ? I bet it's in the hundreds ..

I dunno, I think I may end up a bit of nervous wreck if driving under any of these supercells today, even with my experience! Not for the feint-hearted, particularly if you have no option but to core punch if you are surrounded by storms and need an escape. Been in that situation on Moderate or High risk days a few times.

Think the earlier storm complex clearing north has cooled and stabilised northern Oklahoma for now, need to look SW into Texas for clearer skies and heat to trigger storms.

I always find it's handy to have the the velocity and reflectivity frames side-by-side... Not hinting or anything. 😉

Need to gauge the rotation.
