What we really need to deliver a dumping though is a rapidly developing feature like April 81 or April 2012, showers will just melt probably even at night, you need a sort of cyclonic NE flow on the Northern flank.

Fantastic buzz around the forum... Closest we have got to the buzz we had feb18!! Bloody lousy time for the boiler to pack up though, can't be fixed for over a week as well. Oh well electric blankets and hot water bottles it is then.... Just like the old days in the 80s!!!oh and expext a big upgrade from exeter to tomorrow!

  • April 2024 - Was it that cold overall? A look at the statistics

    General perception from many is that April was a cold month, but statistics would suggest otherwise, with the average temperature for the whole month coming in just above the 30 year average for the UK as a whole.
