Snowing away here now. Hopefully get a bit of a covering. Plenty of showers packing in but all the good stuff heading for Scotland!

Morning all. Heavy snow in Belfast at the moment. Just some slushy deposits at home this morning.

Snow in the air no sticking , but a flash of lightning just then to star the day

Scattered snow showers this morning lying in patches big chance missed for a dumping last night could have been epic.

It went almost dark here and I thought we were in for a hammering but nothing much really happened. Just a bit of hail.

Good covering here this morning. Measured an inch on the car. Snowing again now. Better than nothing I suppose.

It's been snowing here on and off since yesterday but nothing wants to stick around. We had a good dumping earlier but what was there has already melted away.

The kids were really excited but by the time we got to school all their hopes of playing in the snow was gone.

Very heavy snow in Belfast City Centre, big chunky flakes.

Not sticking though.

Pile of rubbish here. Just driven from near Omagh to Limavady and nothing but a bit of hail. Don’t see much change throughout the day either.... shame, rubbish winter continues.

Seems like the showers are passing right by here on the strong winds.  A load of crap just like this whole winter.

I went out earlier snow hunting. Got stuck driving up binevenagh just barely crawled up spinning the wheels constantly for 10-15 minutes going barely walking speed. Ruined my front tyres. I normally use winters and I forgot how bad summers are in snow. Expensive lesson learned lol.

Fairly frequent soft hail / snow showers here in Dromahair, Leitrim, each leaving a temporary cover. Interesting weather, if we can’t get proper snow I’ll settle for this.

Snow continuing on and off in North Belfast.  I'm about 150m ASL. Will get some pics up later.

Up in Antrim now at moment and heavy shower incoming.
