Looks a little sleety here now but whether the temperatures both upper and lower continue to fall before the main band of rain is through I'm not sure.. highly anticipating showers behind the band but how early who knows

Any showers with a fair bit of 'heavyness' should cover

Rain through here now temp down to 2.5 with a dp of 0.4 seems temps are dropping off fairly quickly.

Reports of flooding M65 J6-7 (Accrington/Blackburn) according to North West Motorway Police.. 

Ice could really be an issue for many
