It's moving northwards and over the Irish Sea, it's going to miss Liverpool.

My thoughts too quick dog walk before the supercell hits 😂

No closest one was a false detection. All 10 miles away.

Been overcast with light drizzle and the occasional few spots here and there all day. Doesn't feel that humid. Can't see us getting in on the action. Hopefully others will have better luck today.

Feels primed out here now 22.6°C, was expecting a bit more to have happened by now though.

3 to 4 rumbles a minute  nothing startling but nice

 I don’t think I’ve had a cell with over 2 strikes a minute in about a decade.

Just seen this funnel cloud heading south on the A591 near a place called Sizergh just south-east of the Lake District National Park! We virtually drove under the funnel but there was no wind. Never seen anything like it!

Oh that’s cool, nice one mate! Love the Lakes, just been hiking for a couple of days. Everyone is so friendly too. Back to the boring and overpriced Home Counties now!

Really hoping Portsmouth get something tonight. Saying there is a chance later on. The rain has been none stop all day. I need entertainment!
