Could easily have been taken away today by the men in white coats, walking up and down mowing, soaked to the skin and laughing my head off,so nice for everything to be soaked by rain instead of ruddy sweat lol

A few rumbles to the South from over Ringwood way. It's very dark in that direction.

Sunny here now, with another line of less intense cells coming into view from the West.

It all fell apart when that line got here, as usual.

no storms here, a tad too far north, but a solid 3 hours of moderate/heavy rain earlier which was much needed

I haven't had a storm hit since May 27th 2017. After a few good years, it has gone back to how it was  in the late 2000's. I think I went from 2005 to around 2011 without a direct hit from a thunderstorm.

Corfe Mullen got nailed. A station there recorded about 15mm in 30 minutes.

More than us, but it was torrential there for a while, I was recording almost 1.5mm a minute for a while.

Sun back out now after very little rain from that shower, most of it passed to the north as it looked like it would.

Certainly some heavy showers around today. Had a couple of rumbles from the last one too, which was torrential, although fairly brief.

Just had around 30 minute downpour with some very heavy rain for a time. Total is around 23mm during that time. Had a couple of rumbles, but its been mostly about the rain!

Temp 14.7c
