Quite windy this afternoon but still very warm with blue skies. 26.4°C.

There are a few, very small, fair weather cumulus this afternoon, plus a stiff NE breeze which is very welcome.

2018 is the year of the Easterly, a gusty one today and isobars look tighter into the weekend.

Warmest day of the year here 29.1c. Cracking stuff at the north easterly just about fighting of the sea breeze.

I prefer it, the sea breeze was a bit on the cool side early in the week which meant afternoons of around 19°C.

Up to 27.1°C now but the breeze is very nice.

Reached 29.1C here also, and as people have commented the breeze is really pleasant.

I can't believe how much the temp is holding on here, still 28.1°C. I normally get a decline after 4pm.

Dropped a tiny bit here not long ago but rising again at the moment. 27.0°C.

25.5C here with a max of 26.C. A nice breeze has developed this evening and the cumulus are mostly gone.

Yup 27C here right now, so the heat is just "hanging"!

Those commenting on the temperature, all week here it has stayed above 27c until after 20.00 then dropped quickly.

Sky to the north just over an hour ago.

Temp dropped to 20.5°C, but it has just started going up again, 21.2°C
