Just popped out in the garden to put bird feeders out and in terms of level snow, we have 3 inches on the grass.

Is that in Bude? Love it when Cornwall gets snow and I don't even live there. You Cornish peeps have more than your fair share of disappointment.

Yes I think this finally puts to bed anyone saying it's too for lowland snow in the south, which you often hear being said in the model thread as we approach the end of feb & here we are just past  mid march with scenes like that in Cornwall.

Back home safe from work, 25 min journey took me 50. Coming down thick and fast here and I would say not far off last total now :D

Looking forward to the heavier stuff arriving here in soon. For a brief moment I woke up and thought 'oh no' and then looked at the radar which put me to rights!

Heavy snow in Weymouth.  It's doing its best to settle but only on grass and cars. The roads and paths are just wet!

Anyone have any idea if the snow is moving in an Easterly direction. At the moment Weston seem to be on the western edge of the stuff coming up from the south.

What a beautiful scene here near Portsdown Hill this morning!! An excellent sledging day beckons. Though like some others have said, the road is really fighting against it, signs of melt already. Elsewhere though, a happy layer of winter!

Woken up to a covering in some places and nothing in others. My back garden has about 1.5 inches but the path in the back garden has nothing. A very nice thing this late in March though.

Just looked at the meto app and they say it should start snowing again about 5pm until about 1am. We shall see!
