Just stupidly went to the mod thread. Oh my days they are worse than last time. The bickering it’s like listening to my kids fight over the tv channel they want on

Wait what? I haven’t looked on here since the end of the last cold spell thinking we were done for the season. Then I look in out of curiosity and I see people are talking about snow risks?!

what on Earth have I missed? What’s happening? The mod thread is full of bickering school children.

Whenever my brother and I started squabbling, one of our aunts or uncles would suddenly say: It ain't right, it ain't fair - it's a Zulu's left leg...Whether that's a hangover from less PC days, I don't really know, but it surely shut my brother and I up and gave us both something to think about...:D

Not to worry, WG - all is not lost:

I can recall a Saturday in March 1973 that had blizzard conditions and a ferocious ENE wind...By the following Monday temps were up to 15C and the next week saw 20C and near-continuous sunshine...

It doesn't always take a great deal of synoptic variation to drastically change the weather, especially when HP is around.:D

Thanks Ed!:D Let's hope for a last snow play sesh followed by beautiful Spring warmth then!!x

Beast from East 2.0 the longevity of deep cold isn’t there like last time. Although the emphasis of the snow seems to be on our region.
