I'm a bit north obviously but it's heavy sleet/freezing rain at the mo (can't tell the diff!).

Snow in Dagenham.

Moderate / heavy snow at times for the last half hour, back to light snow at the moment.

We couldn't get last evenings precip to work far enough ne over hours and hours - now watch this afternoon scoot through !!

For sure Blue, looks that way.

Of course if this were a band of RAIN it would be like pulling teeth to move through.

Thanks - not so much the roads but accumulations in the fields around Kirby Bedon

https://www.facebook.com/Suffolknorfolktravel/ is helpful. A146 is now open. I would think there'll still be a fair amount of snow around but should be on the way out after the weekend :)

In the green shading now but apart from a few flakes mainly ice pellets and not heavy at that yet yesterday we were in the dark blue shading and it was coming down thick and fast.....you couldn’t make it up :D I find this obsession hilarious

Well for once my locale could do well here.

All radar actions have me aligned for continued intensification as precip heads north/north west....

Looks like a good couple of hours to come with PPN stretching back to the channel. I'd suggest we all get out and enjoy it while we can!

Yes incredable scenes here even the roads are complete white..

And the snow still falling!!!..

Topping up already snow on the ground totals.

@KoldWeather  suggesting in the SE thread that it looks like the back edge is slowing down, possibly the system slowing as some models suggested?
