Spotted this by accident - not accurate (read the mod thread properly right now and it is far from moaning) but also a poor statement from a forum host. Perhaps you might take a brief look at prospects for some in the far south and south west before taking a pot shot at those who are not in the firing line for the next 2 days and may potentially miss out altogether.

Pretty sure it was about the EA thread, not the Model thread..

I think Paul means the East Anglia thread @Catacol. Though there isn't a huge amount to be happy with in that thread at the moment anyway.

In that case I apologise. I assumed mod thread where, at the moment, there are a lot of nervous people. Sorry Paul.

Wind direction is just wrong for me in Bexleyheath.... Argh.... Please veer a tad

Tell me about it!  I hope it veers more ENE at some point to bring us into play!

To be fair Paul, if it was all snow north of the region you know as well as I do toys would be emptied here, me I don't care about who gets snow but there's been a fair bit of toy chucking in both sides iv noticed today. I bet by morning there all be happy.

Yeah guess so

The Cz will swing more ENE to WSW

Everyone will be happy am sure

Woah ! The blob that hit Southend is doing a grand job here in north kent 'cliffe' medway !

Lovely thick covering

Yep....just caught the Western edge of it in Gravesend too. we now have the slightest covering.  Seems to swing South towards Maidstone / West Kingsdown after here.

Technically I am not a forum host, Paul has not removed the tags from my profile. .

Pretty sure I am allowed my opinion though

Nothing to do with the Mod Thread, I dare not go in there these days

Not surprised, with that 20c> differential between the upper air and sea temps, over the southern N.Sea. A very unstable environment, making it's way south-westwards. towards Kent. Had some huge cracks of thunder, during the Thames Streamer event of Feb.2009. A similar temperature differential, was recorded then.

Regards,

Tom.

No Problems, just wish people would wait for things to play out before the negativity, am guessing you guys are salivating over the possible snowstorm end of the week over in the SW thread

Yep I apologise. Misunderstood. Didn’t realise the local rivalry going on! Enjoy your snow. I’ll crawl back to the mod and SW thread suitably chastened...

I hope this continues through the evening.  Still at work in London but should be making my way home on the train from Fenchurch Street to Chalkwell in about an hour.

don't leave it to late C2C already cancelling trains https://www.c2c-online.co.uk/about-us/latest-news/service-alterations-26-27-february/

Gutting isn't I.,  That snow free corridor area has been like that all bloody day long, although it looks a bit wider now. :nonono::wallbash:

thinking if the snow don't come to me, I'm gona have to travel to the snow tomorrow.

I'm the blue dot underneath it and it's still didn't snow!
