Because we are going to get hammered! Just got off the phone. Might well see a red later tonight for most of Kent over to Sussex.

Who is your source lol

Never :friends:by the time we are all put back into one thread I’m off as I only come on here at winter ... thank god I hear some say ?

Yeah, most of us are out enjoying the warmth come spring/summer so this place goes quiet.

Good location- but the estuary cant make its mind up if it wants to help us or not

The PPN is moving SW at the moment- condusive to a mid kent streamer not a thames streamer - but minimal build at the mouth of the estuary- so its a waiting game ATM...

Steve hope the wind direction is right as I’m wanting a snow day tomorrow lol. Will need at least 10cm for that to happen XD

Looks like those beefy showers over Ipswich and Colchester are making a bee line for the G London area

A day of showers on and off in Dorking and in Kingston during my hospital appointment this afternoon. No snow on my way home but stopped at Denbies vineyard on the way home and the sky was beautiful

This where I’m hoping that these showers are heading, which will dump on Dorking and the Surrey Hills...Given the subtle changes in wind direction and the warning on the MetO...we might be lucky come 9pm-5am

Met office have seemed to upgrade the snow for this evening in Crawley.

Fingers crossed for us tonight in Crawley. On the Met office radar it seems south of us will do better but we can hope.

Tonight represents the best chance for us here since March 2013, no question.

Some very heavy snow showers and also sunshine here today (Farnham, Surrey) none left now!?

Sky is looking very dark to our East, nothing forecast (Meto) and not in the amber warning but I know all too well that anything can happen, so will still be up late, checking in on here and radar watching!!

Temp -0.9

dp -4.3

happy evening all and good luck ?
