Sunny spells light snow flurries 1cm of lying snow

Clear periods and light snow showers overnight, the showers dying out before dawn to leave the end of the night dry and clear. Slight drifting of the snow in exposed areas, drifts of 30-50 cm at 350 mts. Dry and sunny so far this morning although patchy high cloud is just beginning to obscure the sun at times.

Further moderate snow showers overnight. Clear spells also. Widespread frost, with 95% light snow cover of 0.5cm. Sunny spells so far this morning. Cold.

Windy overnight, a few showers, clear spells developing through the early hours. Sunny so far this morning. Sunny spells through the morning, by noon sleet and snow showers moving in to the area from the NW, these becoming moderate and heavy through the afternoon producing a light covering. Windy in showers, feeling cold and raw.

Dry cold after earlier flurries died away one or two sunny spells but high cloud now blocking out the sun. Slow thaw in progress.

Dry with some sunny spells during the afternoon breezy through out sometimes reaching F5. Once again failed to get snow cover to the last day just a few bits left in the garden.
