Gone from horrible with cold rain to vile with heavier slightly less cold rain in the last hour.

High pressure from the south hopefully for next weekend.  Might get some early gardening done roll on the spring given up on this winter already as usual .

That was short lived. Radar says it's still snowing but I'm afraid it's cold rain now. Bye bye snow. Still at least I got a video for the grandkids. They live in Dubai and have never seen snow (obviously..actually rain's a novelty too)

MetO have not much uncertainty in the warning area for snow. They even mention the Cotswolds and say 2cm will fall at low levels. ALL rain here.

One of my wife's colleagues/friends moved to work in Dubai a few years ago and it seems when it rains there it doesn't mess around!

Grim is the only way to describe the cold rain we have at the moment, no snow here although they did have some not far from here but with height.

For some reason when I open the wunderground app, where it shows the nearest station it keeps showing me @Mapantz station. That’s miles away from here.

Depressing reading all the other regionals. Even if the snow won’t stay around long it would’ve been nice to see.
