Better late than never. Hoping you stick clear of that Gordon's muck though. Gin is the perfect drink with all types of weather!

I made sloe gin last year.. got two litres of the stuff maturing... yummy! Gordon’s is definitely a no-no now ??

Excellent work on the sloes. So rich and sweet so refreshing with tonic. I need a warm summer evening in the setting sun drinking that!

Yes - hoping by summer it’ll be very tasty ?? Made one lot with white sugar and one with brown to see if there’s any difference

Just post your model thoughts in here and be area biased. Forget the MOD thread.

It's a good idea sometimes when you are wrong on something it gets ignored over on the MOD thread as it gets moved off the page quickly but if someone see's it in this thread will normally correct you in a nice way which is only a good thing as we are all learning.

It’s South African apparently but it came from the naked wines .. so they are all small exclusive companies or something or other... there was another gin too I was bought so I may have got it confused. That’s a point where is that other gin bottle? ... must go find that tomorrow :wallbash:

Same as happens every year we keep ourselves amused, wondering when the next French plume will develop. Strange there’s little talk then of gin..
