Just for something completely different we had a top temp here today of 6.1c now dropped to 2.3c. Tomorrow is looking ghastly. Highest quality cold rain. Wet and 4c. Least the Mrs is walking the dog while I'm laid up.

Meanwhile the cloud has killed off the temperature drop (as did the cold as it ate the batteries in my remote sensor). Now waiting for the sensor to chill after I had to bring it into the light to replace the batteries (Normal service will be resumed shortly).

So, with all the warm weather next week, my first Azalea looks set to flower..

I love the MAD thread....whenever I've had a bad day or just feeling the blues, I just go in there and find myself p**sing myself with laughter after just seconds.......I think the NW owners have missed a trick, it should be marketed as the cure-all for depression....lol

I love how they analyse Ian’s forecast to pieces...

a) it’s the mad thread, not forecast discussion 

b) not even Ian knows exactly how it’s going to pan out

c) even if he did know he wouldn’t be allowed to say yet due to people panicking.

d) Wednesday is the end of this cold snap? Maybe.. but who knows?!

Personally I’m surprised many of them can get out of their front doors in the morning! 

Must have surface wounds on all sides of their faces!
