Quite surprised by the lack of snow on it's Northern flank.

Worse of the snow is meant to be afternoon and evening and the road over to Burnley is a priority gritting route so you should be ok.

getting home may be the problem though unless your staying until spring

Yes, we just need it a SMIDGEN further south, another 50 miles would do it - hope to wake up to a southward correction tomorrow!

We desperately need those off-shore winds to the north of the low. Such a turnaround in the last 24 hours.

Fingers crossed then, although up by the waggoners can get fairly hairy ? That said my little punto wheels won’t be going anywhere near Grane road tomorrow if this comes off ?

Might have to pack my sleeping bag. Thanks for the info/updates.

13 miles north east of me would of seen the lightening from here as well got a good view in that direction
