We start at 3.4, it's now 4.3 lol looks like the occlusions temp is 4c

Yes sorry I see your point now, I’m probably 80/20 with even a flake falling today, 20 being yes lol, but still could change later.

I am in Milton Keynes now and it's really cold here that wind has really got something to it. Dry here at the moment with broken cloud but I am expecting something when that second occlusion comes over.

regards ????

Let’s hope so, the precipitation is dying rather quickly as it sinks SE.

A high of 4.9 at midnight, temp went down overnight to the 3.6 of earlier, then rose slightly, well got to4.8 for a bit, now dropping again, 3.3 is coldest temp so far.

I reckon between 12 and 1pm I'm going to see some snow falling, but not lying.

Tail of the front now spreading down from the North, will it make it this far down? What will it be when it gets here? I think it is probably too far east already to affect most of the region.

The Met office mid morning forecast is onboard, however he hesitated by saying snow, “ after this …… wintry weather, moves of a harsh frost forming where daytime water was an issue”

almost as as if he didn’t want to say snow so people don’t get excited, but as people have said before things like this bring suprises??

I'm beginning  to think something or someone is trolling over this snow this week and taking great delight over it.

Mmm looking at radar its gonna be tight maybe just skirting Norfolk, unless it intensifies at all.

Not seeing a lot from the threads to our North either.

Nice morning in Salzburg, it’s a degree or two above freezing so the inch or so of lying snow is very slowly thawing. Pretty small city, more of a town feel to it. Flying home in an hour, hope the weather is ok?Any snow coming?!
