@karlos what's your temp down there?

Gone from 7.7 to 5.6c in a very short amount of time

make that 5.4c can’t keep up

what's everyone's thoughts on this afternoon? Looking at the radar there doesn't seem to be heavy precip in the midlands/wales? Have they got it wrong??

Never seen so much snow falling, though wasn't really building up due to higher dew points.

Still got a huge dump of slushey snow this morning and now starting to settle properly at my level ( 80m asl), prob about 2-3 inches. ( Stroud glos)

straight up the hill it a winter wonderland with 4 inches of much dryer snow.

From 9C at 9am this morning, it's now 3.5C. Garden furniture scattered around the garden and it's now sleeting. Really interesting day.... and Saints are winning at half time.

Wow this picture is amazing! You can really tell how the wind changes. So once that goes through you should see the temp drop.

Seems a few stranded vehicles on a34 and m40 and police advising not to travel. I was going to go and Travel 7 miles up the road to see the white views. But best I stay put

In the absence of the met office app which seems to be having issues the ‘trusty’ iPhone weather app looks interesting for here.

Also on there it should be 7°C now but it’s actually 4.8°C.

Been snowing here quite heavily at times for the last 3hrs or so, but as yet, still not settled anywhere at all.

Flakes generally too small and wet.
