Eye close to moving onshore right over Corpus Christi, signs of Harvey slowing down as it encounters the coastline too

Also REALLY enjoying watching the Corpus Christi on-location reporter on THe Weather Channel feed.

Do you mean slowing in wind speeds Nick or the track?

 They're Talking about that on the weather Channel stream. Birds in the eye itself that have  got caught up by the hurricane, not in the eye-wall.

NHC have declared Harvey a category 4 hurricane. 

He's earnt his place in history and reference ala Charley from wind and storm surge alone. Goodness knows how he'll rank among the greats once the flooding is said and done.
