Where can I find synop reports ?

Is there any website I can access to get current and past raw synop data for certain europe weather stations ? I have found some sites which provide the synop data(like this), but also display decoded info and other stuff. I'd like to have a lightweight and fast webpage which provides only the needed synop strings, for a specific time interval. Is there such a page ?
