Cloudy overnight, outbreaks of light to moderate rain around midnight and through the early hours. Cloudy start, sunny spells developing by around 06:30 GMT.  Continued sunny spells, though quite a lot of high cloud at times making the sunshine hazy.

The pleasant sunshine has been replaced by cloud and cool weather for June. There was a short sharp shower which dissipated as quickly as it appeared at lunchtime dry since.
