Looks like a rinse and repeat of day 6 but with slightly more probs for severe with more shear and possible supercells in much the same areas as Sunday. My target is not yet concluded but will be either Western Kansas or Texas Panhandle once again. The guys have some amazing shots from the marginal risk on Sunday around the Amarillo area, power poles snapped due to wind damage and amazing lightning and Mammatus. Need more moisture for Tornadoes though and that is still well displaced from the dryline at this time

A few photos of yesterday's  storms 70 miles east of Amarillo in the eastern Texas Panhandle as the sun was going down.

Thanks to Nick, a vid of Paul braving the winds yesterday!

Now that is what you call "A DEDICATED SMOKER", braving 65mph winds for a quick fag... There's just no stopping the man....is there?

Nick - great shots, the first two. Definitely what I'd like to capture too!

Turns out I'm just up the road from you in Crystal Palace - well not right now, obviously. Small world.
