Lovely sunny start here if on the cool side. Hopefully the clear skies will stay most of the day.

I was up early today and at 06.00 it felt quite autumnal - more like late September! The temp had dipped to 8.5C overnight and with clear skies and no wind it was very misty and my lawns were dripping with dew. But it's looking like a nice day ahead, so hopefully feeling more summery later.

Wow! Saw my breath this morning, don't know how cold it was at 6am but it was only just 10.c at 8am. Sounds silly but in just a few month we forget how cold feels.

Lots of sunshine here, though there is a lot of high cloud approaching from the west. It should stay fine though throughout daylight hours and eastern parts of the region should stay sunny throughout the day. Temperatures throughout the weekend and into next week look close to average, perhaps hitting the mid twenites early next week.

Woke up yesterday 6c and chilly, woke up today showing 16c on the car and pretty humid going to be a very pleasant weekend and first time we might be able to go in the pool for over a month!

Was going to say, didn't last very long! Lots of unexpected cloud was looking forward to the metors tonight!

Oh I'm sure the cloud will all magically melt away come 7pm, leaving a chilly night. You should be ok for meteor viewing.

On queue sunshine back and cloud has thinned out a lot going to light a fire too in the fire pit at the back of the garden

Not a bad day, fairly warm with increasing amounts of sunshine during the day. Warm too with a high of 22c.

Gave up looking for meteors around 11:30 last night, stupid cloud! 

Stunning morning, slightly chillly but the sun should make light work and warm things up today. 

Cloud will bubble up today, but should remain pleasant.

Beautiful day here, first properly summery day since mid July! Mainly blue skies, light winds and temperatures just about scraping average at 21C currently. Add 5C and it would be perfect, but can't have everything lol.

Not too bad again, it should reach 22C again with sunny spells. A lighter wind today certainly makes the conditions feel warmer.

This is more like an August day! Plenty of sunshine, gentle breeze and temperature up to 22.2C.

There's looks to be little in the way of cloud on the South coast - I bet its nice sitting on the beach at Bournemouth this afternoon with an ice cream!

A cloudy start here with just a couple of breaks and glimpses of blue. I was hoping for some good sunny spells this morning, but the satellite image showing a fair bit of cloud around. And the Arpege 'cloudiness' forecast for mid-day also suggesting it's more likely to be thin cloud and hazy sunshine ahead of the advancing front. But at least it's going to be warm, with both BBC/Met Office and Arpege going for highs of 22C to 24C for many in our Region.

Its got that very warm muggy feel already today.

Enjoyed the last few days nice temps for doing stuff outside, glad the wind has eased though and yes it may not be everyone's perfect for August, but we cant complain after the year so far.

A fairly pleasant day here so far, long sunny spells despite some hazy cloud and a stiff southerly breeze. Temperature has just about scraped to average again at 21C so not feeling especially warm but nice enough, nonetheless.
