GPs just posted in the main thread that January looks like being poor for coldies too, with a cyclonic activity prevailing and not much expected for December too.

 

So that's two months at least!

Yes I went on the American site where Tamara etc post.seems it's a generall thought going forward has you say

As a coldie I don't. I think they're all rubbish even if it shows what I'd prefer but I get your point. Equally mind boggling people writing off winter first week in to winter. But each to their own.

Not writing winter off, but currently the signs are poor.  However, plenty of time to change, just best to keep realistic.
