You can always triangulate with Mapantz @ http://www.warehamwx.com/

I know it might sound stoopid, but what height ASL are you? I'm @ 44mtrs,  a quick check on barometric corrections for ASL, may be needed.

I will check altitude, but if there were a tsunami it's safe to say I'd be in trouble

Just hit 1C here, any moisture on the cars has frozen already, gorgeous day here, going to be a cold one tonight. I see on the MAD thread the snow/cold is no longer forecast but I must say we've had more frosts this winter than many before. I do have a hunch that snow will come this winter.

What a day! Went to west bay.. I love it there, not sure why but I do! It was really warm out of the wind, and so clear - the sky was an amazing colour blue.

Temperature is dropping like a stone out there, about to go for a run and brave it, already -0.9c here.

why won't photos upload to here?! Seems to be an issue with my phone..? Any ideas?

Last time we went to West Bay we walked along to Charmouth, lovely walk but forgot to check the tide times....it was an er...interesting and rather moist walk back. Oops. As an aside, there's loads of fossil hunters along that walk but most seem to overlook the vast amount of sea glass which gets washed up, if you're into foraging take a bag with you, it attracts some silly prices on Ebay from jewellery makers hunting for it.

I'm loving my newly found source of info...today's high was 2.6c and it's currently down to -1.7c already with a dew point of -5.1c. Why oh why can't it be that cold WITH precipitation for a change. Frost didn't lift all day in the shade :)

Now -2c. This could prove addictive when looking for cold.

We need to do something like that next time we go. We usually go up the beach on the other side of the river and then back over the cliff. The dog loves it.

December was the 4th driest month I have recorded since beginning about 10 years ago! Just 21mm in a winter month is amazing!

Pure luck that half of that amount then fell on 1st January!

A chap who has a weather station linked on Wunderground. He's about half a mile away, about the same height (we're less than 10mtrs higher so can't see it matters), same topography so I figure it's fairly accurate for here.

https://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=ISTOKEST4#history

Now -2.4c :cold: No wonder our deck is rather slippery.

Once I have registered my weather station On wunderground, how long should it take to see the data online?

Thanks
