GFS a bit of a downgrade the eve?? Upgrades ... downgrades I'm sure we'll get it all in the next few days! I'm just keeping everything crossed.

Not much better here either MS. No frost since end of November and no snow now for going on 2nd full winter. Dec 2010 but a distant memory even for me on the coast. I had 8inches of snow on the ground then !!

ECM brings the cold in earlier 120hr mark so showers should turn wintery Wednesday Night Thursday Morning. And a reload to boot

Interesting end to ECM 5-6 day cold spell starting from 120hr mark and looks like to continue on through.

My mood's perked up no end since the ECM 12z, looks like we really could get a decent snow hit later next week! It even ended with a wee easterly treat for our snow chasing brethren in the SE England!

18z rolling out now and looks much closer to the 12z ECM than its own output at 12z. Happy days! Fingers crossed the pattern continues over the weekend without any major dramas!

Nice overnight runs. The 2 or 3 day cold spell with SNOW is on..!

Would appear so Mountain which would be great!! Afterwards is still uncertain, perhaps a NW - SE flow which may offer more opportunities going forward? Have you found the key for that padlock yet?

Teeth gnashing over on mod thread as the fantastic charts from last night have been toned down this morning, however, looking good for us well within the reliable now. This should be the avatar for the Ireland Regional thread...
