Cloud breaking overnight allowing clear spells. Thick fog developing around dawn, visibility <100 yards. At observation, thick fog. The fog slowly lifted allowing bright spells through late morning and in to early afternoon. Turning mostly cloudy by mid afternoon and in to the evening. Dry.
