Nothing here yet in central Gravesend upstream from you- what are your expectations for our area of NW kent?

It's pretty much a clear starry sky here. Definitely no snow yet!!

Back to steady snow again, temps just too high at 2.1c so no settling.  Sad thing is, this is the best 'event' for 3 years here!!!!

I know. I wouldn't have got out of bed for this 5/6 years ago. Now I'll stay up most of the night counting the snowflakes

i used to work in Locksbottom and thought it faired quite well for snow. I walk our dog at High Elms near Locksbottom and that's seems to do really well for snow, the other Sunday morning being a prime example.

Same here.  The thing is, everything goes in cycles, next year will be amazing.....or the year after!!

That band has run right across me at the best alignment possible for intensity. Started as dry snow and everything settled for the first 10 minutes. Then it turned sleety for 30 MINS with no accumulation but has turned back to quite heavy snow for the last 25 minutes. Now a good covering but it's just clearing. Should freeze hard and provide a good base for any further showers if they occur. Temp started at -0.1 then rose to 0.9c now back to 0.2c.
