It's so wasteful all this rain that could be snow!

Saw your weather article on   Walkhighlands . Excellent reading.

Fabulous day here too to with a nice winter sunset.   Great to be  out and about with ground freezing up rapidly tonight as I have just come in from shifting electric fence for cows turnips tomorrow. Currently -1c

Snow here. (nananana )

It's fine, at least you'll be happy now :D I've got my mum's funeral to get to in Kilmacolm tomorrow so I am not that fussed if we don't get loads of snow (sorry peeps). Enough to make the place look pretty would be perfect.

Sorry to hear that Catch.   We had a family bereavement too (elderly aunt, yesterday) Hubbies one and only and they were very close.   Needless to say he is on the quiet side today.  Hope all goes okay tomorrow for you.

Raining!

Yippee!

It's 1.5/-1.5 here and raining quite steadily. It's inevitable that it's going to snow heavily, it'll be fine :)

Edit: Sleet now, 1.7/-1.9

IT'S SNOWING IN DOLLAR (45m),

Exciting times. It has been raining since 15.45pm, academy peaking at 2.1 before it started but hills did get the slightest of coverings above 250m. Now it's reading a much healthier 1.4 with a dewpoint of 0.4

Real values on open air though must be ranging around 0.9 and 0, or -0.1 which explains why finally snow has made it thus far down. Long may it continue!

PD. 1.3 at the academy. You can be part of my exciting evening on http://dollarweather.co.uk/

Best wishes to everyone, more or less we may get but we are now in a pattern we would have cut our arms for a month ago. Let`s enjoy it!

Sorry about that Catch, hope the roads aren't too bad tomorrow.

Sort of sleety drizzle here in Edinburgh, should be snow with any real intensity:

Raining just a few miles away in Alloa! Turning very slightly sleety now - always too marginal here in these sort of set-ups.
